The Cyber controller head gear was originally fabricated from a standard cyber man helmet made by Martin Rezard. This particular piece was created for the Doctor Who exhibition. It started life as a basic matt aluminium resin, cyber man casting. The photos below show it after fabrication, sanding, polishing, filling and the addition of wires and L.E.D's. The final piece is made up of 29 parts.
